American River CrossFit is unlike any other gym experience you’ve ever had. No matter what your current athletic ability, if you are looking to make positive strides with respect to your health and fitness – we want you here.  We use one-on-one and small group training classes that incorporate high intensity, short in duration, constantly varied workouts that are NEVER boring.
