    How many jaws dropped when you read the wod for today? Nothing should shock you anymore, right? The programming is not mean to kill any of you or make you sore every day, although I do personally like that feeling, but just think the next time “single” Fran shows her face in the box how many of you will think differently about the beeyotch.

    Please don’t avoid coming into the box today. If you didn’t workout on three days this week then today shouldn’t be a rest day for most of you :) . I promise you that when you’re done working out you won’t grumble as you leave, “I wished I had never come in today!” And if you do, let’s chat!
