Hello fellow CrossFitters,

Sacramento is home to some of the best bike trails with a scenic route along the American River and with the weather slowly getting warmer, it might be time to take advantage of them. Solution. BIKE RIDES!!! Starting at the Sacramento State campus and going as a group for a nice leisure ride down the side of the American River. We wouldn’t have to go the entire distance, this would be a ride for all levels. If interested, feel free to email me at emadani10@gmail.com. Hope to get a good group going because the more the merrier!

TODAY’S WOD

STRENGTH

Push Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3
Split Jerk 5-5-5-5-5

Complete 5 rounds for a total of 9 reps per round. Each round will consist of 1 push press, 3 push jerks and 5 split jerks. Don’t rerack the barbell until all 9 reps have been completed. Rest as needed between rounds.

METCON

3 Rounds for Time:

10 reverse burpees (20/14)
10 renegade push-ups (35/25-total)
10 overhead walking lunges with plate (45/25-total)

Buyout: 100 double-unders*

*If you don’t have double-unders yet, take this time to practice them. Count your misses all of the way up to 100. It’s the only you will get better!
