  4. i would prefer chest to bar;-) but yeah a couple more inches and I would of counted them. Next week…Clapping pull-ups :-D

  5. oh by the way this website rocks! im still waiting for Kat and the “fitness nazi” to give me the username and password so i can pass on my hawaiian knowledge to everyone on fitness, fishing, eating lau lau’s, poi, and surfing. How bout it?

  7. i only clap when the pull-ups are done. … “fitness nazi”?? law lau’s??? many questions unanswered…. finally, after amy d’s comment, i’ll never look at the white band the same way again…
