good thing overtraining includes only “mild leg soreness, general aches and pains” and not leg soreness that prevents me from putting on my pants in less than 3 minutes. i’m relieved…
That was a deal Chad!! Thanks to those type of WODS and some modifications in the food dept….the results are coming…..who gives a rip about over training….we’re hard core at ARCF!!!
