Don’t have the double-unders down yet? Check out this video from CrossFit.com of Buddy Lee teaching the double-under and showing off a few other skills as well. Double unders take some practice but once it clicks they are brutally effective!

don’t think the new site carried over my response to the running links, which were spot-on and enlightening — the links, not my response… the irony of the video is that is shows i have better cross-fit form stumbling out of bars than i do running the short loop…
it’s all about gravity…just like when you fall off that bar stool!
the “fall” off the stool is always preceded by the “pose” and followed by the “pull”. i was mastering this before you were out of middle school…
