Do like Larry’s doing above or make up a WOD you missed this week.  See you tomorrow!

made up the “burpee mile” WOD, with my loop being .4 mi. i’ll make everyone feel better by sharing my time — 33:44.

E-Ram (10 yrs-old) had me by 5+ minutes at the end of 3 rounds, but i had to shut him down when i saw pukie was knocking at his door. E didn’t argue much, and said, ”that first set of burpees had me burnt. it was a lot harder than it looked…”

    amen.

AAAAAA-MENNNN to that!!! That’s just awesome!!! Proud of you and your son for trying to knock that out by yourselves. Too funny! Today’s my rest day but you just motivated me to do a WOD. Thanks Rambo! Now go have your glass pinot or whatever you drink.

Kristi and I had a crazy WOD of dealing with kids skiing – pulling them up the hill and chasing them down the hill only to bring them back up again – this WOD was for 4000 rounds and took 5 hours! I was a serious deal!

  4. rambo says:

    since E can’t drink, i’ll have his glass too….

  5. Christian says:

Sounds like a leg burner K & K!! Look at it this way though, at least you weren’t pulling Kyle and Joe up the hill!!!!

  6. Maybe we can do the pull Joe and Kyle WOD this week. Should we drag them for 200 meters or 400 meters….how many rounds? Couldn’t make it today to ARCF. Yesterday I tried to demonstrate the caterpillar for my husband and collapsed without showing the full exercise….one more day of rest for me. See you tomorrow. I think after two days of rest I’ll be up for using Joe for the WOD.

  7. Christian says:

2 days of rest= max pull-ups with no band for you Melissa. I’m predicting at least 7!
