What a game!  How about those Kings beating the Oklahoma City Thunder in overtime!  I hope everyone got their fill of nachos, wings, and cold adult beverages while enjoying the game.  Now it’s time to get back at it.  Here’s a fun one to kick off the week:

400 M Run

50 Squats

15 Knees to Elbows

400 M Run

40 Squats

15 Knees to Elbows

400 M Run

30 Squats

15 Knees to Elbows

400 M Run

20 Squats

15 Knees to Elbows

  3. I tried the Knees to Elbows today and man o’ man are they easier said than done.

    However I was swinging like crazy and I didn’t find it nearly as humorous as the gal in the video.

    Am I normal?
