  1. bring on the core-buster, baby! will be there by 6. and, i’m tackling “murph” on saturday, assuming my Achilles allows it. that’ll keep me sober on friday (yeah, right!)

  3. made this one a little tougher than i needed by accidentally swinging the 54-lb kb through the first 1.5 rounds. i think chad knew it all along…

    speaking of chadford, his 50-min murph rocks! (he thinks special agent can go low 40′s.) i better start it tomorrow if i want to finish by saturday…
