Tabata This

Tabata’s are 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 intervals. Rest 1 minute before moving onto the next exercise. Record the lowest rep in each exercise.

  2. AM and Lisa P. were the only two DD-ers that showed. Sal made it, but she was working the event not partying like the others. One of the trainers was moving a bit slow this morning as well, I’ll let you guess which one.
