    made this one a little tougher than i needed by accidentally swinging the 54-lb kb through the first 1.5 rounds. i think chad knew it all along…

    speaking of chadford, his 50-min murph rocks! (he thinks special agent can go low 40′s.) i better start it tomorrow if i want to finish by saturday…
