20 push-ups

40 sit-ups
50 squats
60 mtn climbers each leg
70 push-press 45lb bar
80 walking lunges
90 second sprint on the row machine
100 Double -Unders
I think she was saying:
“C’Mon Bitches – get your knees off the ground and do a real push up.”
or it might have been:
“Did you see that I am only a few pull ups away from beating Chad and Christian?”
Ya, I think it’s the second one!
Close – I think I was sharing my plot to steal all the bands so everyone will have to swing like a monkey to get their chins above the pull up bar.

If Lauren beats me then its like saying I just tapped out to her in jiu-jitsu training…NEVERRRRRRRRRRRR!! I will super glue my hands to that darn bar if I have to and crank pull-ups until my shoulders rip out of their sockets;-)
I did this WOD today and it kicked my butt, the 70 push press portion was BRUTAL, but I managed to complete it under 20 minutes, BARELY. Thanks for sharing the WOD!!

JD is one of my trainees at work and he made it look hard. We don’t have a rower so it was a straight sprint for 90 secs. i think that almost killed him. It looked fun though.
