Start 'em young

Mollie N. and Laurie, who seem to show up with more and more kids each day (a topic for another time), lead these future CrossFitters in air squats.

04/30/2009 WOD:

Complete the following rep sequence with the below movements

30-5-25-5-20-5-15-5-10-5

10-5-15-5-20-5-25-5-30-5

Kettlebell Swings (men 53lbs/women 35lbs)

Burpees

Example:

30 KB Swings, 5 Burpees

25 KB Swings, 5 Burpees

20 KB Swings, 5 Burpees…and so on until the rep ladder is completed from top to bottom and bottom to top

Scale weight down as needed.

    Chad & Christian,

    Mollie and I will be coming today with 15 – 20 kids. You won’t mind that will you? They seem to understand “get off of the equipment” when said approximately 30 times. In our defense, it’s Joe Kelly’s fault as they think he’s funny and want to be around him! We’ll actually have the normal gang in tow and will promise to keep them out of the way!
