More B-Day Fun

CrossFit_Melissa_hot

One of our original “Cougars”, Melissa, turns the big 35 today!  Melissa is one of our biggest success story’s here at ARCFit and we want to thank her for her hard work and dedication over the past year.  Keep on rockin’ it girl!  This WOD’s for you:

Complete 5 Rounds of the following:

15 Overhead Squats (M=95, W=65)

10 Burpee Box Jumps

10  Knees to Elbows

15+10+10= I’m no math major but I think that equals 35!

Haven’t done a burpee box jump before?  Here is a quick video demonstration (we won’t be doing them from side to side however): Burpee Box Jumps
