Although all of the pull-ups and lifting we do will undoubtedly lead to callous development, it doesn’t mean it should lead to rips and tears of the skin. Proper treatment of our callouses will prevent rips and lead to happier hands after a round with Angie or Murph. WOW! tons of things that really caught my eye. great video. I wonder what his Fran time would be seriously because he such a phenomenal athlete, one can only wonder what kind of power he can generate?
