Start ‘em Young

CrossFit_Abby_hand

Abby shows us that you’re never too young to develop that first callous! Although all of the pull-ups and lifting we do will undoubtedly lead to callous development, it doesn’t mean it should lead to rips and tears of the skin.  Proper treatment of our callouses will prevent rips and lead to happier hands after a round with Angie or Murph.  Check out this article from the CrossFit journal that offers good advice on hand treatment:  Hand Rips
