“Burpee Madness”

Execute as many burpees as possible in 10 minutes. Try to hit 150!

New member Shareen shows that you really can have fun while doing band assisted pull-ups.  Shareen and her husband J.C. joined us ARCFit this month as a way to prepare themselves for the rigors of a week long mogul ski camp that they will be attending in British Columbia next month.

    Hey everyone!! I just wanted to say Thank You so much for all your support an encouragment, that I have received over the past year! Without that I would have never of reached my goal of becoming certified. Also thanks to those of you yesterday who let me test out my trainer skills for the first time!! It was so much fun!!!     it’s gotta be better than 150 burpees in < 10 minutes. only those young and strong like beth s. can knock that out…

    My only consolation is that it is a 10 minute workout though that doesn’t mean much when you are 2 minutes into the workout.
