We are happy to offer a free introductory class every Saturday at 11am. During the class we will introduce you to the basic CrossFit concepts and movements and conclude the class with a short, intense workout. Come by and check us out, there is no appointment necessary to participate.

Well… I was glad that I did not go for the burpees yesterday, that was until I saw today’s WOD. 100 pull-ups, good times.
