  1. Well… I was glad that I did not go for the burpees yesterday, that was until I saw today’s WOD. 100 pull-ups, good times.

    Thanks for all the help today. Although my hands hurt like hell you both made it impossible for me to quit. It’s nice to have you both as trainers!
