WOD

Ouch!

CrossFit_Lauren_toe

What happens when you kip violently during the last set of “Fran” but forget to move the chalk bucket?  You end up with a pinky toe that looks like ATP’s!  Lauren didn’t let a broken toe stop her from posting a new PR of 6:17!  Good thing there was something readily available to ice her appendage down after the WOD.

  3. I can claim ignorance this time Josh, I had no idea that the Coors can was on her hammer toe until I saw the pix last night! Maybe you should switch to the harder stuff…

  5. Fran is like surfing – you have to ride the wave of exhaustion in just the right pocket. If you go out too slow you’ll get nowhere fast. If you get out too far in front you lose momentum and sink, eventually getting pummeled in the surf… this might be the vicodin talking…
