  2. Running yesterday and today…probably a good thing since I have to get in shape to fit into a wedding dress…RYAN AND I ARE ENGAGED!!! I’m counting on CrossFit to help me look my best on the special day!!!

  3. Found a better one on the CF san diego website. check it out… sitting next to Khalipa made my arms look like toothpicks. that dude is a freak of nature.
