WOD:

Run 200 meters
21 Overhead Squats (95lbs/75lbs)
Run 200 meters
21 Burpee Pull-ups
21 Big Box Jumps (the next height you don’t normally do but can)
Run 400 meters
21 BBJ
21 Burpee Pull-ups
Run 200 meters
21 OH Squats
Run 200 meters
