  1. Man. Lauren and I wish were back up there to workout. Being gone makes you appreciate good programming. Everyone should also be thankful for Chad’s insightful WOD creations. The Thousand Oaks surrounding affiliates pretty much epitomize this post by Greyskull.

  2. after a week on the IR, this wod had me worried. thanks to hickman and special agent for ensuring (near) death before dnf.

    speaking of dnf’s … in reference to nate’s post, is it ironic that such a crossfit proponent as that author would simply abandon his affiliation instead of working to fix the problems he sees?

    that’s enough deep thought for me today — i’m about to get happy-hr started.
