speaking of dnf&#039;s ... in reference to nate&#039;s post, is it ironic that such a crossfit proponent as that author would simply abandon his affiliation instead of working to fix the problems he sees?  

that&#039;s enough deep thought for me today -- i&#039;m about to get happy-hr started.
