Sometimes a Nickname Just Fits!

CrossFit_Sean_pull-up

Kevin Federline stopped by yesterday to get in a workout at our box.  Wait a minute, that’s not K-Fed, it’s new member Sean banging out some pull-ups.  Da Ha-Y-n put that nickname on him last week and I think it fits like a glove.  You be the judge…

12/22/2009 WOD:

Deadlift 5 x 5

Rest a few minutes, then finish with:

Row 250 meters, 10 walking lunges each leg

Row 350 meters, 10 walking lunges each leg

Row 450 meters, 10 walking lunges each leg

Row 550 meters, 10 walking lunges each leg
