GyGy and I attended the CrossFit Mobility seminar put on by Kelly Starrett and hosted by CrossFit Redding yesterday. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge on things we can do as athletes to assist in injury prevention, injury resolution, and how proper technique/form leads to optimal performance. G and I are looking forward to sharing what we learned and watching everyone start smashing their PR’s!
