Bust a “E” Move
The “E” Move Cone Drill: The purpose of this drill is to improve your ability to change direction, body position, transitions between skills, and cutting ability. This works on your agility, coordination, accuracy and balance.
WOD: The “E” move will be explained and demonstrated in class by your coach.

I don’t know what the E move is but this guy could probably do it. Wholly crap he is strong. 275 Squat clean like its nothing. Amazing!
