Rest 5 minutes

CrossFit WOD: With a Kettlebell or Dumbbell complete the following.

“Stacking II”

Slingshot 1 min., rest :30 secs

Slingshot 1 min., Snatch :30 secs each hand, rest :30 secs

Slingshot 1 min., Snatch :30 secs each hand, plank holds :30 secs, rest :30 secs

Slingshot 1 min., Snatch :30 secs each hand, plank holds :30 secs, 1-Arm Sh. Press :30 secs ea. side

  5. Here is a video for al those experiencing back pain and are looking for ways to address it. This lady is has been doing research on posture for a very long time and brings up a lot of good techniques and ideas to think about. The video is almost an hour long but worth watching.

    This is a copy of her website aswell fairly local and probably worht a visit.
