Strength Workout: Rest Day
CrossFit WOD: For Time
Row 500 meters
30 Burpees
10 Overhead Press 165/95
This was one of the workouts from last year’s regional qualifiers for the CrossFit Games. That barbell gets real heavy after 30 burps so be ready for it!

THAT was fun! Love my new hoodie. Thanks to Rick, Teresa and Deanna for cheering me on.
