Sporting the Colors

Strength WOD:

Back Squat 70% 5×5

Rest 5 minutes

CrossFit WOD:

5 rounds for time:

Run 200 meters

15 Squat Jumps

100 meter Waiters Walk

Some of the crew before Saturday’s SacTown Throwdown sporting the new sweatshirts.  There are still some sizes available so snatch one up and fly the ARCFit colors!

REMINDER

On-ramp classes begin today.  All newbies need to attend either the 9:45 am or 7:00 pm class that will run M-W-F through the end of the month.

  1. Karry K is my hero!! i’m serious, cougar karry– when i can deadlift 285 i’m going to drop by ARC and show you…until then, i’m too embarrassed to walk the same ground as you! miss you guys!

  2. Karry KILLED killed these wods too… From the pull ups to the cleans she took em out like a freight train and never stopped chuggin. It was awesome to see! Great job Karry, so proud of you :)

  3. You guys are both so sweet!! I appreciate the support and kind words. I feel like I got hit by a truck today……mentally and physically a wreck! I am too old for this shit!!!! But it was fun and the party afterward was SUPER FUN!! Thanks.
