Highlights from the SacTown Throwdown

Strength WOD:

Shoulder Press 70% 5×5

Rest 5 minutes

CrossFit WOD:

AMRAP in 15 minutes

3 Handstand Push-ups

5 Clapping push-ups

7 DB Thrusters 45/25

9 KB/DB Swings 53/35

Due to the popularity of our Saturday morning class, we will be adding a second hour to the schedule.  The new schedule will be as follows:

9-10 am:   CrossFit

10-11 am:  CrossFit

11-12 am:  Free introductory class for beginners (no appointment necessary)

There will be no open gym for regulars during the 11-12 class, so if you want to train make sure you make it to either the 9 or 10 am class.

  4. Congrats to you all you who competed on Saturday!! It was such a hard thing to not be there, and know that I was missing out on all the fun an love that our box brings to events!! I heard it was awesome and you all rocked it!!! Great Job again!!!

  6. That was an awesome video Christian! Gave me goose bumps…Like the choice of songs too because “we taking over” applies to our gym. Wasn’t there for the after party but cheers to a great gym with wonderful people.
