couldn’t make it today; still recovering from last week’s major illness. i did find my max a couple of weeks ago, but apparently didn’t record it b/c now i can’t find it. i do remember it was 5 lbs less than the pr kk pulled that day. 275-ish? — does that sound right?

ah, found it. 265 after doing that clean-and-jerk / sit-up wod. my notes reflect a back that was rapidly losing function… (nice to read i limited that comment to my back only.)

Walked in yesterday to watch elisa and showed Butthead how to pick up 385 without warmup in my tennis shoes. 35lb PR No warm up people. Awesome. Thanks for the video Chad
