Strength Workout: Rest Day
CrossFit WOD: For Time
Row 500 meters
30 Burpees
10 Overhead Press 165/95
This was one of the workouts from last year’s regional qualifiers for the CrossFit Games. That barbell gets real heavy after 30 burps so be ready for it!
