15 rounds for time

1 Box Jump

2 Burpee Box Jumps

3 Shuffle Box jumps (alternating each side)

4 Box High Knees (alternating each side)

It was pandemonium on the pull-up bars for the 5 pm class the other day during “Skinny Cindy”.
