Check out some of the action from the CrossFit Games Sectional qualifier in San Jose. Congrats to our four athletes for competing hard and representing ARCFit in style. Also, a big thanks goes out to everyone who came down to support our team!-CN

  7. Yes, AWESOME video! I have to admit it brought a tear to my eyes! You all are awesome athletes & inspiration to us fellow ArcFitters!

    @ Chad/Christian – That WOD was insane! For me it was mentally tough on rounds 4 & 5. Karry & Gina were on my ass, keeping me going the last 2 rounds. I so needed it though. I don’t know if I would’ve finished without their encouragement & support. That’s what I love about our peeps! They all stayed & cheered me on until I finished the WOD! Love our 9am class!!!
