Would anyone be interested in having a local gymnastics instructor come teach some of the basic movements that show up a lot in our workouts (handstand holds, HSPU’s, ring dips, muscle-ups, etc.)? Josh Kla-Pow has got a line on some quality instructors that don’t charge that much, and if the interest is there I’m willing to block out a couple of hours to learn some new tricks! So let me know if this sounds interesting and what, if any, day would be best. I’m thinking a Saturday or Sunday will give the most people a chance to check it out.-CN

I finally have a pic on the website! A legit one too! I am still recovering from “FRAN”. My hands are still a mess…good thing you didn’t post that pic…you would’ve scared people away!
