The 6 pm class prepares to battle "Cindy"

Great efforts abounded yesterday as ARCFit athletes tackled one of the legends in the CrossFit WOD world-”Cindy”.  There were a bunch of PR’s including a 24 round effort by Sean “Mesh Shorts” Fowler and 21 rounds by GyGy.  Now drag those tired-ass legs out of bed and get after this chipper!
