Had an old friend of ARCFit’s send us an email recently that included a pretty sweet looking outdoor running/obstacle course event up in the mountains that he recommended to us. Thanks for the info Craig, stop in and see us sometime soon.-CN

American River CrossFit Team-

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and say how much I miss ARX! I bought a road bike to ride to work (Arden Way to Nimbus dam) so I get some exercise but, it’s really not the same sweet punishment I grew to love in “The Box”. I hope you are all doing fantastic. Saw the link below and instantly thought of the wonderful members and staff.

The free Saturday introductory class is on tomorrow at 11:00 am!  If you know any friends or family who have been thinking about checking us out, this is the opportune time to do so.  We will be starting a new on-ramp class for all newbies on Monday, May 3rd.

  4. a little more locally, there’s the warrior dash on oct. 30 in woodland. similar style race though steve would probably object to the paltry 3.15 mile distance. in either case or in both cases, i’m down if we want to get a team together for these. warriordash.com

  9. Runner Steve will probably jog there for his warm up and then do the WOD and then jog to work because thats what he does and then home:)
