On a continuously running clock, complete one 10 m sprint in the first minute. Complete two 10 m sprints during minute 2, three sprints in minute 3 and so on until you can’t complete the number of sprints required within the one minute time period. You must touch the 10 m line with your hand each time. Stretch it out real well before this one…
