  1. Great job 6am class!! You guys did awesome! BW, Im glad you got that maple donut out! Just a little FYI Irish Sean did the wod RX’D and he weighs 155lbs. Great job on the body weight cleans!
    Also, thanks Machine for helping Jason get his kipping pull ups down. Jason, I’m glad to have you in the gym. Your drive is amazing. Cant wait to see you do some pull ups in a wod. Great work to all!

    PS I cant believe not one cougar came in to kill this wod. WTF!

  2. Jason you better stay on the CrossFit kick when you’re in the U.A.E. for the next two months. I don’t want to have to throw your butt back in the on-ramp class when you get back… keep it up bro!
