Under the Black Lights!

Rest Day (aka nurse your hangover day!)

Now that was a fun-ass WOD!  Great turnout yesterday as everyone came and rocked a workout under the black lights that were left behind by the previous renter.  Da Ha-Y-N came up with a brilliant WOD that included burpee broad jumps, walking KB swings, pull-ups, wall-balls, and on and on…  It was a blast and a great way to get ready for the ARCFit 2-year anniversary party!  I’m posting this early because I don’t think I’ll be functioning too well later today so expect more party pix tomorrow.

  1. What a day! Thanks everyone for coming out to the Saturday team WOD and the BBQ. It was great to see everyone having fun and enjoying company. Thank you again Brad and Melissa for hosting the party again! Until the next anniversary party…see you all in the box this week. Aloha!
