How Long Will You Cheat Death?

Death By Pull-Ups-

With a continuously running clock, do 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 pull-ups the second minute, 3 pull-ups the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.  Then…

Death By Push-Ups (multiples of 3)-

With a continuously running clock, do 3 push-ups the first minute, 6 push-ups the second minute, 9 push-ups the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.  Then…

Death By Squats (multiples of 5)-

With a continuously running clock, do 5 squats the first minute, 10 squats the second minute, 15 squats the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Sprinting as the sun sets.
