Everyone loves a pretty snatch!

A ton of snatching and snatch progressions today.  Lets remember that the most important thing about hang snatches, or snatch pulls is that the most important thing is to KEEP THE BAR PATH THE SAME AS YOUR REGULAR SNATCH.  The progressions will do you no good if your pulling is different than your actual snatch.   Here are some videos:
