7 Rounds for Time:
The athlete picks their own snatch weight. Only one attempt per round (failed attempts do not count). Final score is total time in seconds minus total snatch weight for all seven rounds. Athletes may adjust weights between rounds.

What made you a CrossFit believer:
Describe yourself in one word:
Favorite Hero WOD:
Fitness myth you love to bust:
Although this is a nutrition myth, fitness is 80 to 90% nutrition, so I’d love people to stop demonizing fat…fat is your friend, and it tastes good, too!
Advice you’d give to someone considering CrossFit:
Buy some Tiger Balm and a roller!
Favorite (not a fitness activity) thing to do when not CrossFitting:
Hanging out with anyone who’s cool
One thing on your bucket list:
Visit Spain and watch the running of the bulls!
Many…however, drinking wine would be at the top of the list…oh, and spending wwwaaayyy too much on Lululemon!
Best advice you’ve ever been given:
Trust that wherever you are in your life situation, you’re supposed to be there…accept it and learn from it!
When you are famous and they make a movie about your life, who do you hope plays you?
Keri Russell (it’s the hair)!
CrossFit Open 13.1 is announced today. It’s not too late to sign up and join Team ARCFit!
