Our teams for the Sactown Throwdown have been selected and are the following:
Open: Sonic, Rachey, Mesh and Art
Novice: Linh, Blade, Ryan and James
Masters: Laura, Deanna, Runner Steve and C-Boy
Tryouts were very competitive and making the final selections was not an easy choice by any means. Thank you to everyone who came out and gave it their best effort. Today’s WOD
Workout A:
Back Squats: 5-3-1(max reps)
Snatch Balance: 3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1
Then:
AMRAP in 10 minutes
10 Toes through Rings
10 Front Squats 95/65 (from the ground)
Workout B:
10 Rope Climbs or spend 15 minutes working on your climbing technique
Then:
5 Rounds for Time
3 Renegade Pushups (35/20)
6 DB Power Cleans (touch ground every rep)
9 DB Thrusters
12 DB Walking Lunges
