The ARCFit Masters team is in today’s Sactown Throwdown finals.

Fun day out at the Placer County Fairgrounds at the Sactown Throwdown.  All three ARCFit teams competed hard in a variety of challenging events.  Ultimately,  the Novice team finished 20th and the Open team ended up in 26th place.  Our Masters squad battled to a 5th place finish and will be in the finals today.  We by far had the biggest cheering section out there yesterday and would love to have a loud group of ARCFit supporters again today!

Teams competing today will be expected to get through the following three workouts:  Yolk carry; Max snatch; and Team Murph.  Masters start first and heats get going at 8:00 am.  3, 2, 1…Get Some!
